• AUsers must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
• BMemberships are personal, non-transferable, and subject to compliance with facility rules.
• CWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to violations of our policies.
• DMembers must adhere to our Code of Conduct and facility guidelines at all times.

• AMembership fees, annual charges, and any additional fees are due as per the billing cycle chosen upon enrollment.
• BPayments will be processed automatically through the payment method on file.
• CLate payments may result in service suspension and/or additional charges.
• DMemberships renew automatically unless canceled before the specified cut-off date.
• ECancellation policies, refund eligibility, and early termination fees are outlined in our Membership Agreement.

• AMembers must abide by gym etiquette, including proper use of equipment and cleaning after use.
• BDisruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of safety protocols will result in disciplinary action.
• CUnauthorized personal training or solicitation within the facility is strictly prohibited.
• DThe minimum age for membership is 13, with parental consent required for minors under 18.

• AMembers must check in using their membership barcode before accessing the facility.
• BDuring staffed hours, check-in is available at the Front Desk.
• CMembers with outstanding payments may be denied access until their account is current, in accordance with their membership agreement.
• DIronverse Training Facility reserves the right to request proof of an active membership at any time.

• AMembers acknowledge that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks.
• BIronverse Training Facility is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property.
• CMembers assume full responsibility for their health and well-being while using our facilities.

• AWe collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• BMembers consent to the collection and storage of their information for operational and marketing purposes.
• CWe do not sell personal data but may share it with third-party service providers for business operations.

• ABy entering our facility, members grant permission for photography/video recording for promotional use.
• BMembers may opt out of media usage by submitting a formal request in writing.

• AAll content on our website, branding materials, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Ironverse Training Facility.
• BUnauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, or videos, is strictly prohibited.
• CMembers and third parties may not create derivative works based on our content or misrepresent affiliation with Ironverse Training Facility.
• DAny violations of copyright or trademark laws may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders and financial damages.

Ironverse Training Facility is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members and employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. All individuals are entitled to equal access to our facilities, programs, and services.

The following items are strictly prohibited within the facility:

• 1.Illegal drugs, alcohol, and controlled substances.
• 2.Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives.
• 3.Hazardous materials, including flammable or explosive substances.
• 4.Outside personal training equipment unless approved by management.
• 5.Unauthorized commercial advertisements or promotional materials.

The following activities are not permitted:

• 1.Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of staff or other members.
• 2.Destruction or vandalism of gym property or equipment.
• 3.Unauthorized photography or video recording of other members without consent.
• 4.Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the safe and orderly operation of the facility.
• 5.Violating any local, state, or federal laws while on the premises.

• AAny member or guest who fails to adhere to Ironverse Training Facility’s policies or rules will be required to cease the behavior immediately or leave the premises.
• BIronverse Training Facility retains the right to terminate a membership in accordance with the terms outlined in the membership agreement.
• CRepeated or serious violations, particularly those involving disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe conduct, may result in immediate membership termination and a permanent ban from the facility.
• DOur top priority is to uphold a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all members and staff.

• AWe reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in inappropriate conduct.
• BMembership fees are non-refundable if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

• AAny disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
• BThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

• AWe reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
• BChanges will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
