We offer serious strength and cardio equipment, indoor turf, personal training, Group X classes, a posing room, and recovery amenities including a private cold plunge and infrared hybrid sauna.

All Access Membership
All Access includes everything in Basic, plus: Unlimited Group X classes Unlimited private cold-plunge sessions Unlimited infrared hybrid sauna sessions

Yes. Ironverse offers a 7-Day All Access Pass for $29.99.
The pass gives you seven consecutive days of All Access privileges, including gym access, Group X classes, private cold-plunge sessions, infrared hybrid sauna sessions, AND 24/7 ACCESS.
No. The 7-Day All Access Pass costs $29.99.
However, if you join Ironverse before your pass expires, you will receive a $39.99 credit toward your sign-up.
The pass is available to local residents only and may be used one time per person.
Visitors from out of town or out of state are not eligible for the 7-Day All Access Pass.
Yes. Day passes are available for non-members.

Yes. Classes are designed to challenge a wide range of fitness levels, and many workouts can be modified to meet you where you are.
If you are new to a class, arrive early, introduce yourself to the instructor, and let them know about any injuries, limitations, or concerns.
Personal Training
Yes. Ironverse offers personal training exclusively for members.
Our trainers help members train with better form, greater confidence, stronger accountability, and a plan built around their individual goals.
No. Personal training is available to Ironverse members only.
Non-members may still purchase day passes, Group X classes, and recovery services.
Personal-training clients receive a more complete coaching experience, which include:

For cleanliness and safety:
You must rinse off before entering the cold plunge.
Follow all posted instructions and staff guidance.
Do not use the cold plunge if you have a medical condition that makes cold exposure unsafe without consulting your healthcare provider.
Cleanliness is a priority at Ironverse.
The cold plunge is sanitized after every use. The cold plunge is drained and fully cleaned several times each week.
tHE iNFRARED hYBRID sAUNA iS sANITIZED aFTER eVERY uSE. The infrared hybrid sauna is deep cleaned twO – fOUR tIMES each week.

Yes. Ironverse offers a dedicated posing room for members to practice and refine their posing routines.
The posing room is freely available for member use. The Group Room Is Also Available When No Class Is In Session And Is A Great Option With More Space To Practice Full Routines Or With Friends / Coaches.

Please bring your own lock and remove personal belongings from day-use lockers when you leave.
Locks Are Also Available For pURCHASE aT THE fACILITY.
No. Ironverse does not offer towel service. Please bring your own towel for training, Group X classes, or recovery sessions.
Towels Are Available For Purchase At The Facility.
No. Ironverse does not currently offer childcare.
Age Requirements
Members ages 13–17 must have a parent or guardian sign the required liability waiver.
Members ages 13–14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult while using the facility.
Age restrictions for the facility also apply to Ironverse amenities and services. Members ages 13–17 require a signed parent or guardian liability waiver, and members ages 13–14 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety, staff may provide additional guidance based on the activity or amenity being used.
First Visit & Facility Etiquette

If you are joining, using a pass, or attending a fitness assessment, arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
To keep Ironverse clean, safe, and focused:
Re-rack weights and return equipment when finished.
Wipe down equipment after use.
Respect other members, staff, and the training environment.
Use equipment as intended.
Ask for help if you are unsure how to use equipment safely.
Follow all posted rules for the Recovery Zone, posing room, turf, and Group X classes.
Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to staff immediately.
