Welcome to Ironverse Training Facility (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (https://ironverse.fit/) and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Membership and Use of Services
(a) Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services. (b) Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and subject to compliance with facility rules. (c) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to violations of our policies. (d) Members must adhere to our Code of Conduct and facility guidelines at all times.
3. Payment, Billing, and Cancellation
(a) Membership fees, annual charges, and any additional fees are due as per the billing cycle chosen upon enrollment. (b) Payments will be processed automatically through the payment method on file. (c) Late payments may result in service suspension and/or additional charges. (d) Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the specified cut-off date. (e) Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and early termination fees are outlined in our Membership Agreement.
4. Facility Rules and Regulations
(a) Members must abide by gym etiquette, including proper use of equipment and cleaning after use. (b) Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of safety protocols will result in disciplinary action. (c) Unauthorized personal training or solicitation within the facility is strictly prohibited. (d) The minimum age for membership is 13, with parental consent required for minors under 18.
5. Check-In Policy
(a) Members must check in using their membership barcode before accessing the facility. (b) During staffed hours, check-in is available at the Front Desk. (c) Members with outstanding payments may be denied access until their account is current, in accordance with their membership agreement. (d) Ironverse Training Facility reserves the right to request proof of an active membership at any time.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
(a) Members acknowledge that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks. (b) Ironverse Training Facility is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property. (c) Members assume full responsibility for their health and well-being while using our facilities.
7. Privacy and Data Use
(a) We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (b) Members consent to the collection and storage of their information for operational and marketing purposes. (c) We do not sell personal data but may share it with third-party service providers for business operations.
8. Media and Promotions
(a) By entering our facility, members grant permission for photography/video recording for promotional use. (b) Members may opt out of media usage by submitting a formal request in writing.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright Violations
(a) All content on our website, branding materials, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Ironverse Training Facility. (b) Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, or videos, is strictly prohibited. (c) Members and third parties may not create derivative works based on our content or misrepresent affiliation with Ironverse Training Facility. (d) Any violations of copyright or trademark laws may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders and financial damages.
10. Equal Opportunity Statement

11. Prohibited Items and Activities
(a) The following items are strictly prohibited within the facility:
1. Illegal drugs, alcohol, and controlled substances. 2. Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives. 3. Hazardous materials, including flammable or explosive substances. 4. Outside personal training equipment unless approved by management. 5. Unauthorized commercial advertisements or promotional materials.
(b) The following activities are not permitted:
1. Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of staff or other members. 2. Destruction or vandalism of gym property or equipment. 3. Unauthorized photography or video recording of other members without consent. 4. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the safe and orderly operation of the facility. 5. Violating any local, state, or federal laws while on the premises.
12. Violation of Rules
(a) Any member or guest who fails to adhere to Ironverse Training Facility’s policies or rules will be required to cease the behavior immediately or leave the premises. (b) Ironverse Training Facility retains the right to terminate a membership in accordance with the terms outlined in the membership agreement. (c) Repeated or serious violations, particularly those involving disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe conduct, may result in immediate membership termination and a permanent ban from the facility. (d) Our top priority is to uphold a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all members and staff.
13. Account Termination
(a) We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in inappropriate conduct. (b) Membership fees are non-refundable if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
(a) Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. (b) These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
15. Amendments to Terms
(a) We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. (b) Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
