Job Overview:

As a Fit pro – personal Trainer at Ironverse Training Facility, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness coaching, developing tailored workout plans, and supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals. You will work closely with individuals of varying fitness levels, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and guidance to promote both their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively.
Assess clients’ fitness levels, discuss their health and fitness goals, and create customized workout programs.
Motivate and encourage clients to push past their limits and achieve their personal best.
Provide ongoing support, education, and guidance to help clients maintain their fitness routines.
Track client progress, including improvements in strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
Offer nutritional advice and wellness tips (where appropriate and within scope of practice).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in fitness and wellness.
Promote the company’s services and programs to clients and potential clients.
Maintain accurate records for each client, including assessments, progress, and follow-up sessions.

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM or Similar).
CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Previous experience as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and program design.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Flexible schedule (ability to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings as needed).
Experience working with clients of all fitness levels, including beginners and advanced athletes, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Specialty certifications in areas such as strength training, HIIT, yoga, pilates, corrective exercise, or nutrition.
Experience working in a gym, wellness center, or private training setting.
